Chowgule SBD is the shipbuilding and engineering business of the Chowgule Group. Established in 1916, the Chowgule Group operates in the businesses of iron ore mining and processing and industrial salt, in addition to the shipbuilding and energy EPC businesses. The Group is actively engaged in the education field – being the largest private provider of education in Goa by student numbers. The Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Sciences is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with an A+ Grade – the highest rated in Goa.

 

Chowgule SBD – through the shipbuilding and energy EPC businesses – works to build high quality ships that retain value and provide reliable services to it’s stakeholders. We work with a high degree of commitment to our stakeholders, which cascades to an emphasis on the duties and responsibilities of teams and individuals. This is today reflected in the fact that we work with our customers on multiple projects over decades, and engage with our suppliers and contractors often over generations.
